What are your shipping options?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $75 ship for an $8 fee.
Standard: 5–7 business days via USPS
Expedited: 3–5 business days via USPS for $12
Rush: 2–3 business days via FedEx for $20
Orders placed after 1 PM EST with expedited or rush shipping will ship the next business day.
Please note: Custom and personalized items are not eligible for expedited or rush shipping.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: During periods of high order volume, like promotions and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
I ordered a custom item and I still haven’t received it. When will it ship?
Custom items will ship by their expected shipping date, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
Please note: If your order contains multiple custom items, they may ship at different times. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each separate shipment.
What makes our custom pieces truly special is that each one is handcrafted just for you! Because they’re made-to-order, production takes a little time, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships.
You can also view your tracking details anytime by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
What do I do if my order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
It’s common for packages to be marked as delivered before they arrive. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for your order to be delivered.
We recommend checking your mailbox, front door, with neighbors and around your home or building just incase.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 3 days, please contact us and our Customer Care Team will get back to you with a solution.
