What is your Holiday Return Policy?

We know holiday shopping can start early, so we’ve extended our return window to make things a little easier!

Any eligible unused and unworn merchandise purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 16, 2025 can be returned until January 15, 2026 for a full refund to your original form of payment. Returned packages must be postmarked by January 15, 2026 to qualify for a refund.

Orders placed after December 16, 2025 will follow our standard 30-day return policy.

To confirm if your item qualifies, check the product page or your order confirmation email. All returns must include unused items with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that custom, made-to-order, and final sale items aren’t eligible for return.

What items are not eligible for returns?

We do not accept returns for custom or final sale items.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes! We accept returns on all eligible items.


To start a return, visit our Returns Portal, select your reason, and choose whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and email updates at every step.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

We currently only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

If you’d like a completely different item, choose store credit when starting your return—you’ll receive a code for the return value to use on a new purchase.

What if I can’t find my original invoice?

No need to worry! You don’t need your original invoice to make a return or exchange. All the information we need is included on your Macysoutlet provided return shipping label.

Did you receive my return yet?

You can track your return using the tracking number on your return shipping label.

Once your package arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive a Return Confirmation email once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been completed.

What is your Standard Return Policy?
